How can I qualify for the Greek Golden Visa through two properties that don’t meet the requirements on their own?

Αs per the legislation in force, you are entitled for Greek Golden Visa under the purchase of one or more properties with a cumulative value of 250.000 euros in any area of Greek territory. After 31th of July this right is not applicable in the areas where the increased threshold of 500.000 euros will be in force, except if till this date you had already signed a presales agreement and had paid the 10% of the contract. Since some areas of Athens (North & South suburbs and center) are included in the upcoming amendment, in order to proceed with 2 properties' option till the end of 2023, you have to have realized a presales agreement as above for the property located in Athens till 31th of July, 2023.

Until 30.04 you can buy two properties. After 01.05 in Athens, you can buy only one for 500k.
