Are there any limitations against taking my money out of Greece after selling my house to a person using it for a Golden Visa? If so, how can I avoid any issues?

Îοt at all. You can transfer your bank account balance abroad by providing to your Greek bank the respective information (contract of sale), which in any case will be requested when the sale amount will be deposited in your Greek bank account (the last condition only has to be fulfilled for your buyer's Golden Visa). No further restrictions on your funds' transfer are applicable.
