I’m a foreign investor looking for a strong passport. If my maintain motivation is to travel visa free to Europe, would that be possible if I obtain a British Overseas Passport via Panama’s investment immigration options? Or is that no longer available after Brexit? Or would I have to wait for my British passport via this route which would give access to EU states for short visits?

Investment and visa applications in Panama are only for Panama...after Brexit everything has changed.
Panama offers residency options for the Republic of Panama only.
Panama’s residency programs may eventually lead to a Panamanian passport, but not to a British Overseas passport. So far, Panamanian passports allow one to visit and travel to EU countries visa-free for up to 90 days.
Please note that Panama isn’t a British overseas territory; therefore, it isn’t possible to obtain a British Overseas Passport.
