I learned that St. Kitts and Nevis has launched a new policy that will allow siblings of the CBI applicant to apply as a dependent. I think my younger brother meets all the requirements but one. How I can prove that he is financially dependent on me? He is still in college and I transfer some money to him every month to cover his living expenses. But my parents still pay for his tuition and fees. Could he qualify as a dependent?

Your brother can qualify as a dependent if you provide all of his financial needs. So in this case, you will have to pay for his tuition and living expenses.
