I’m half Yemeni but my mom is from Lebanon and I have a Lebanese passport in addition to the Yemeni. Could I apply for citizenship or would there be restrictions since Yemenis are banned?

There should be no issue of you applying in your current state, because having a Lebanese passport allows you to apply as a Lebanese citizen.
