My wife and I would love our daughter to be born in Saint Kitts and Nevis so that she can be a citizen. How possible is it for us to get a visa, and how fast? Would we have any issues entering the country if my wife is clearly pregnant?

Only the customs and immigration officer who will be seeing you upon entrance to the country will determine whether they will grant entry and the during of such entry. I cannot give any guarantees as that decision is strictly left up to the customs and immigration authorities.
