I have the Blue Card in Italy, which I got in 2021. It’s valid for two years, ending in December. I just recently lost my job in Italy and I’m wondering if there would be a grace period for me to find employment beyond the blue card’s end date?

A foreign worker holding a residence permit for employment who loses his or her job may obtain a residence permit for awaiting employment (attesa occupazione) for the remaining period of validity of the permit, and in any case for a period of not less than 1 year.
