It will take the same time as an investment in an approved project for at least $220,000. Due diligence is required to be
done. The timeline for processing is approximately 90 business days. Other requirements would be to identify the project and the land or business to be purchased, and to get legal, accounting and business advice on setting up such an investment to ensure that it meets the legal requirements of Grenada as well as to ensure that will be a viable business investment.
