Golden Visa applicants who started their process in 2023 can apply for NHR until 31.12.2024.

NHR application can be done from abroad; a legal / tax advisor to assist is advisable. The Portuguese Government is still analyzing what will be the concrete ending date of the NHR program, being under consideration a transitional period.
