You cannot proceed to any action without finding the title of the property. Subsequently, a pertinent research should be conducted with the competent land registry in order to find it.

Property titles of the property are located in Greece. It cannot be used for Golden Visa because it is real estate before the force of the law.

Οne correction to my previous answer. The properties acquired through inheritance are also eligible for a Golden Visa under the condition that the tax determined value of the said properties is above 250,000 euros

First of all, and independently of Golden Visa issue, you have to find the title deed of the property. A lawyer could help you toward this direction, if he/she has information about the area of the property and your father’s personal details through the competent land registry authority. Furthermore, the titles of the inherited properties are not included in the acceptable acquisition titles for Golden Visa program till now.

On Vasiliki Papaloi answered:

This contract cannot be signed for a Golden Visa. Is there any way you can find the title deed of the property through the land
registry office? If you know the address and area of the property and give your father's name/surname, a lawyer can do some research on behalf of you.
