I’ve been consulting with an agent to apply for Dominica passport but now I just heard that the agents will have stricter requirements. Does that mean my agent may be automatically delisted now or should I continue to work with him? What kind of proof should I ask for?

They need to reapply and satisfy the new requirements to become agents.
