Is the local market monopolized by the big players (Disneyland, Universal Studios, etc.) or is it still possible for foreign developers to get into the market?

We explored this sector in the United States at one point early last year. We are under the view that it is saturated and new players may have a challenge getting a foot in the door outside of the majors.
