I have been arrested once due to DUI in my home country. Would this affect my citizenship by investment application in St. Kitts? Do I have to disclose my criminal record? If so, is there a time-bar?

Criminal records are required for all applications. If you have a criminal record, it will be best to disclose such and let the authorities weigh the impact such will have on your application. Omission would not be recommended.
