I’m planning to apply for the St Kitts citizenship by investment program but am confused as to how much it would cost me as the main applicant? Some sources say 150K and others say 125K, could you please advise?

If you are applying as a single applicant, the CIU has decided to make a Limited Time Offer (LTO) for a period of 6 months from 1 January to 30 June 2023 and therefore you will have to donate 125,000.
