I’ve heard Antigua and Barbuda has ended the condition of mandatory vaccinations. Does this rule to all foreigners or only those who come from certain countries?

Antigua will allow unvaccinated returning nationals but they will be subject to testing and quarantine; all non nationals must still be vaccinated.
