The Bulgarian Law for the Foreigners provides indeed the opportunity to obtain permanent residency immediately after an investment of one million Bulgarian Leva, currently about $575,000, in Bulgarian intellectual property and more precisely, objects of copyright and related rights, patented inventions, utility models, trademarks, trade marks and industrial designs.
