I’m an investor with experience in managing restaurant businesses. Would it be possible to invest $300,000 in a business in Bulgaria and gain permanent residency? What businesses are not eligible?

There are no predefined restrictions as to the eligibility of the qualifying businesses. Restaurant business will be eligible to obtain permanent residence permit under the investment program, provided all other requirements are met (i.e., hiring local residents).
