I’m an investor from a non-EU country and I’m interested in getting permanent residency and citizenship in Antigua. I would like to visit Antigua first and get a feel for the place. What vaccine passport requirements would I to meet? Would a negative PCR test be enough or would I need to be vaccinated?

You can enter Antigua and Barbuda as a tourist as long as you have a recent negative PCR test result. At present, there is no requirement to prove you are vaccinated. As a tourist with a negative test result, you will not be required to quarantine; however, social distancing and mask-wearing rules are active.
