Would it be correct to assume that since the new prime minister Petkov is an entrepreneur himself, residency policies for foreign investors and entrepreneurs would further improve in Bulgaria?

Bulgaria is one of the only two EU countries to offer citizenship by investment. The new government is definitely business oriented and we expect it to work towards improving the investment policies even further.
