I’m a foreign entrepreneur looking to set up a business hub in Dominica to carry out for my global business. Would I be able to do that if I get CBI in Dominica or would I need a special permission from the government still?

In addition to becoming a citizen of the Commonwealth of Dominica, you will have to register a company and apply for a license to carry out the business. The applicant for the license will be the company.
