I just obtained my Bulgarian citizenship through the fast-track process. I learned that investors can divest their investment two years after receiving citizenship. I want to know what happens if an investor has to divest the invest before the two-year point of becoming a Bulgarian citizen. Could it be cancelled? Is there an appeals process?

Yes, your citizenship will be canceled. An appeal is not feasible in such cases.
