Startup visas are currently suspended; we are waiting for the issuance of new quotas. Requirements include at least 50,000 euros for the sole purpose of establishing the startup and a detailed business plan. The key to obtaining clearance from the Ministry is being able to submit an “innovative” project rather than the availability of funds.
