What does it mean that I have to keep my property in St Kitts & Nevis for seven years after the issuance of the formal legal document?

Is it from the date of getting the passport? Are there any exceptions?

It means that you cannot sell your property seven years from the date on your certificate of title for the property, not the date on your passport or registration of citizenship.
