What happens to my residency permit if my investment property gets destroyed during a wildfire in Italy?

Will I lose my investment and residency if I lose my property in Italy’s coastal region in an event like a wildfire? Would I need to get some extra insurance so that I can be safe during my permanent residency process?

If you want to apply for an Investor Visa, you should address your investment to equity of companies/innovative startups, government bonds or philanthropic projects. The Investor Visa cannot be granted through a real estate investment (buying a property does not grant you a visa/residence permit for investment).
