What impact could the suspension of Tier 1 visa in UK have on investors who have already submitted their application?

I am a Chinese investor who submitted an application for the Tier 1 visa. The application is still pending. Recently I heard that the Home Office suspended this visa category. What will happen to my application? Does the Home Office stop to accept new applications or do they suspend the adjudication?
