Dominica offers a citizenship by investment program whereby individuals can either make a contribution to the country's economic development fund or investment in a real estate project in exchange for citizenship after having satisfied all other requirements. The minimum contribution to the economic development fund for a single person is USD$100,000 and for real estate investment is USD$220,000.
