I would like to invest to get a passport for me and my family to eventually be able to get an E-2 visa and start a business in the United States, however we don’t want to live in Grenada. How can I do this?

There are no residency requirements under the Grenada citizenship by investment program. The minimum investment amount is US$220,000 through the investment route and US$150,000 through the donation.
