Has there been any headway in reopening of the MM2H program? What can foreigners who are already enrolled in the program but stranded abroad do to visit and live in the country?

As of today, there is no difference between vaccinated and unvaccinated. We have no idea when the MM2H program will reopen. Those who have valid MM2H visa can apply to enter Malaysia.
