I learned that some qualified investors could invest $220,000 in real estate and qualify for Grenada’s CBI program, as opposed to the regular investment threshold of $350,000. Who are defined as qualified investors? What requirements does one need to meet to become qualified?

The new minimum investment level of $220,000 was introduced last year and is open to any applicant that qualifies for CBI. The qualification is determined by due diligence and certain minimum requirements.
