Can I enroll my family in public health care programs? Can my children get the same tuition rates as residents? Are they authorized to work in Australia?

It has full work rights and visa holders can access the public education system. A permanent resident would pay domestic rates on university or college tuition fees, which are a third of the price of what an international student would pay.
