Is it necessary for foreign investors to get approval from this body first before putting their money in any project or real estate in Dominica? Are there other ways?

At the time when the investor applies for his Dominica citizenship, no prior approval from Invest Dominica Authority is required for investment in any of the approved projects. This approval comes way before when the developers lodge their application with the authority for approval.
