I want to invest in the real estate market of St. Kitts and Nevis and apply for citizenship. I’d like to know what types of properties are acceptable. Also, are used properties eligible for this program?

Only properties that are approved by the Citizenship Unit are acceptable and can be used for citizenship-by-investment through real estate.
