I’m an Indian investor who has not received a vaccine on the approved EU list of vaccines but a different one. How can I meet the criteria of applying to Italy’s residency by investment program?

You can still travel and enter Italy (unless rules change) after you obtain your visa. If you do not fall within vaccine exemptions because your vaccine is not recognized in the EU, you will need to do a 14-day quarantine.
