I was looking at the St. Kitts and Nevis program and wondered which investment type, SDIF or real estate, is more popular. Could the SDIF applications be processed faster?

The type of investment is based on what the client goals are if they are in the market only to obtain a passport to travel, then they usually opt for the SGF option. But if they are looking for a return on their investment, they usually invest in real estate that generates rental income.
