I’ve heard the EU is mulling new restrictions on non-EU citizens if they received vaccinations more than 9 months ago. Is Bulgaria planning any such restrictions on foreign travelers?

The regulations with regards to the COVID restrictions are extremely dynamic, and it is not possible to certainly state what the entry conditions will be at any time in the future. Bulgaria is applying its own policy, but should there be any decision at the EU level, Bulgaria will certainly apply it.
