Manifestation of Interest was a legal proceeding recently revoked by the Portuguese Government.
There was no list of businesses eligible for the purpose. Any legitimate business activity that is active and running was accepted.
The expression of interest is no longer available since July 2024, for both dependent and subordinate workers. Therefore, unless you are a highly qualified worker, to obtain a work residence permit, you must apply for a visa at the Portuguese consulate in the country of origin or country in which you have been legally resident for more than one year.
