Martin St-Hilaire is a designated agent for Vanuatu’s citizenship program. He is a managing director and one of the founders of the consultancy firm, AJC.
The AJC was established in 2003 and has several lawyers and accountants on its payroll. The firm offers a wide variety of services, including supporting investors seeking to live and conduct businesses from Vanuatu. It also specializes in audit and accounting as well as local and offshore companies.
St-Hilaire specializes in audit, wealth management, compliance and reporting, and business valuation at the firm. Apart from his senior managerial role at AJC, he’s also a managing director at the online forex and brokerage firm, Titan FX. He is also listed as a director at the Pacific Private Bank, Kacific Broadband Satellites and 83 Islands Distillery. He previously worked as manager at the KPMG and senior auditor at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen.
St-Hilaire is a qualified chartered accountant. He has a master’s degree in business administration from Laval University in Canada.
St-Hilaire is also the chairman of the Vanuatu Financial Centre Association and a member of the Canadian Chartered Accountants.
