I am wondering if stateless persons can get citizenship of Cyprus through its citizenship-by-investment program. If so, how is the process different from that of applicants with nationalities?

Under the Cyprus Investment Program, you need to present a copy valid passport of another country in order to be able to enter the program and obtain a second citizenship.
