Celia Pourgoura is a Cyprus immigration consultant and attorney. She is the co-owner and director at CA Advocates, a commercial law firm with offices in Limassol and Nicosia.
Founded in 2012, CA Advocates assists domestic and international companies in corporate and commercial legal issues, banking and finance matters, international shipping matters, and real estate transactions. CA Advocates also acts as a multi-family office, advising high net worth individuals and their families on wealth planning and management, investment, business development, estate optimization, trustee issues and family governance. In addition, the firm represents foreign investors in their immigration applications and provides relocation support.
With 17 years of experience, Celia specializes in corporate and commercial law, immigration law, trust law, contract law, anti-money laundering regulations, real estate transactions and corporate administration.
Prior to establishing CA Advocates, Celia served as a legal advisor at IFG Trust Ltd., where she managed the legal department and handled matters in commercial law, contracts, and company structuring. She also worked as an indemnity and injury claims handler at Marfin Popular Bank, the second-largest bank in Cyprus. Moreover, she has experience at KPMG, where she handled general corporate legal matters as an internal legal advisor.
Celia obtained her bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Southampton and her master’s degree in commercial and corporate law from King’s College London. She was also recognized as a barrister by the Honorable Society of the Middle Temple.
