The final Parliamentary vote on the Golden Visa programme took place on the 19th and was ratified by the President on September 26th, 2023. This means that applications for Golden Visas based on Real Estate investments are off the table and will not be coming back due to the PM's resignation. Regardless, there are still 5 other options remaining for Golden Visa applications.
