Turkey has not stopped the process of granting citizenship by investment to citizens of Ukraine, Russia and Belarusia as of now. If the foreign investor, who wishes to acquire Turkish citizenship, does not have a situation that would pose an obstacle to Turkey's national security and public order, and if they fulfill the investment conditions, they can acquire citizenship by Investment.

There is no restriction on Russians, Ukrainians and Belarusians in the Turkish CBI program.
