Orhan Yavuz Mavioğlu is a Turkish lawyer. He serves as a managing partner of Mavioglu & Alkan Law Office (ADMD), an Istanbul-based full-service legal consultancy.

Established in 2004, ADMD has been serving domestic and international businesses and individuals across a wide range of industries. The firm specializes in mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, tax planning, dispute resolution, and litigation. With a special focus on foreign investment, ADMD helps investors understand Turkey’s business environment and legal requirements and assists in establishing new ventures. The firm also provides value-added services including a virtual office launch and outsourced accounting services.

With over 20 years of legal experience, Mavioğlu concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, transactions, taxation, employment management, and litigation. He works closely with foreign companies to help them achieve their investment and business goals in Turkey.

Prior to joining ADMD, Mavioğlu gained experience teaching courses on Introduction to Turkish Law and Administrative Law at a college in Balıkesir, Turkey. He also served as a lawyer at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen, where he represented international firms in business structuring, corporate financing, and human resources management.

Mavioğlu obtained his master’s degree in EU law and his Juris Doctor in Turkish Law from Marmara University. He also holds a master’s degree in Turkish financial law from Istanbul University and in U.S. and international law from Columbia University.
