I’m an investor who had complied with all the necessary criteria to secure a Cypriot passport in accordance with the regulations, but despite that my application was rejected without authorities giving me any specific reason in writing. Is there any way I can challenge this decision and ask for a review?

You can challenge the decision by bringing an administrative action in court within 75 days of receipt of the letter.
