Do I have to physically be there to earn a Turkish passport? I have no intention to reside in Turkey but would like to apply for investment purposes. If there are no remote options, can the process be handled by a lawyer through power of attorney?

All Turkish CBI procedures (investment and application for citizenship) can be handled remotely on behalf of the investor through lawyers, authorized with PoA's.
