I’ve heard that one does not have to buy a single piece of real estate worth 250,000 euros in order to qualify for CBI in Turkey. Would I qualify for Turkish citizenship if I’m looking to buy a small flat in Istanbul and a second property in Izmir, the combined total value of which comes to around 250,000 euros?

Yes, it is possible to invest in more than one property in Turkey with a total appraised value of $250,000 to become eligible to apply for citizenship.
