How can I obtain citizenship in Turkey through my brother’s property?

I’m Kurdish from Syria now living in Lebanon while some family members of mine live in Turkey. I haven’t been able to get a long-term visa to stay in Turkey but my brother is now in the process of purchasing a house in Turkey (he’s married to a Turk) and we’re trying to find a way so I can apply for citizenship using this property. Is that feasible? Do I have to be the sole person on the lease or can it be co-owned?

There are some special conditions for obtaining Turkish citizenship through investment. Turkish citizenship cannot be acquired on the basis of real estate purchased from close relatives. In addition, investors of Syrian nationality cannot purchase real estate in Turkey. The most practical solution for Syrian investors is to deposit Turkish lira equivalent to USD 500,000 with a bank operating in Turkey.

No, unfortunately, one cannot benefit from one's brother's property purchase for residence or CBI purposes in Turkey.
