I’ve applied and got Turkish citizenship along with my wife and other children by investment few months ago, but due to some reasons I didn’t apply for one of my children and now he is with me in Turkey under a visa. How can I now apply for him so he can be a citizen too?

Those reasons may be important (different mother, requirement of parental consent in case of divorce, adoption etc.). You can try to submit a supplementary application for your child to the Directorate for the purposes (in the case his name was already noted in the civil registry records).
