To qualify for a Care Workforce Work to Residence Visa, your job must pay at least level 4b of the support workers’ minimum wage rate, which is $28.25 per hour presently.

In terms of your mother, that is a different and long process. In terms of Care Workforce, that is a very good pathway. Please note that I suggest the use of professional assistance, i.e., a licensed immigration adviser.
