Aleks Jovanovic is a licensed New Zealand immigration adviser. He is currently with Auckland-based Global Immigration Services NZ, which, being established in 1989, is one of New Zealand’s oldest immigration advice companies.

He is an experienced agent in all categories of visas and immigration matters related to New Zealand.

Prior to coming to the private sector in 2016, Jovanovic served in several positions with the New Zealand government, oftentimes in management. For the government’s immigration service, Jovanovic was a business immigration specialist in Wellington, an immigration manager in Shanghai, a branch manager and assistant area manager in Auckland. He also served as a market manager for the New Zealand High Commission in Apia, Samoa.

Jovanovic has a bachelor’s degree in biomedical/animal technology and a master’s in business administration. He has also completed a graduate diploma in New Zealand immigration advice.

In addition to English, Jovanovic speaks Serbian and other ex-Yugoslavian languages.
