My husband and I would like to invest 500,000 euros in Portugal to obtain permanent residency, but we’re not sure if that criminal record has any impacts on our Portuguese Golden Visa application. Please clarify.

To obtain a Portuguese Golden Visa you can't have a criminal record with a sanction of over a year of prison according to the Portuguese or European Laws.
